The Bank Operations Institute is a two-year banking program of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas that provides practical bank management and leadership strategies necessary for successful community bank operations. It leads the training field in preparing community bankers for the challenges of an industry constantly changing in its complexity, standards, and expectations. Classes are held at the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU Cox, which sets the standard for executive education in the financial services industry.
